Probably should have left this series where it ended years ago though it was somewhat enjoyable visiting with Pip and Flinx again. 3.5 Stars (rounded up for many years of previous enjoyment).

Another enjoyable King entry in the book world and as usual, we find well written and fleshed out characters and well detailed story line to go along with it.

One of the most entertaining and fun books I have ever read. This just set a new bar for me in the military sc-fi genre and I have three more books in this series already cued up.

This was an even better listen than my initial read of this two years ago. This book was extraordinary in audiobook format with a perfect narrator for the material as presented. Moving directly on to the next book in the series.

If you you enjoy fantasy stories in any of the many iterations available, you should jump right into this series as this one is stellar!!!

A somewhat interesting book that was up and down in holding my interest. It does wrap up the story very well in the end and the last part raised my rating from a 3 to a 4.

An interesting listen and a book that held up very well throughout most of the story. I was not really enamored with the finish which the author was apparently undecided in whether this was the whole story or that there were going to be a series with further books.

Recommended for Sanderson fans.

I have enjoyed several previous novels by Michael Connelly before but he really out does himself with this story of LAPD detective Renee Ballard. Great characters and not stop action made this a must continue series.

Looking forward to the next book to come out. 5 Stars for a really entertaining read!!!

A fantastic listen that is a must read for anyone interested in the growth of science and NASA during and after WWII.
